Extremely unprofessional. My yearly checkup was postponed and rescheduled for two weeks later due to the blizzard of 2026 (understandable). I was actually driving to my appointment and received a call only 20 minutes prior that Natalia Fanani was cancelling because I was a male. Keep in mind that I had seen her a year prior for a body check and everything seemed very professional. Professionals typically require 24 hours prior notice to cancel or you get charged. Apparently this rule doesn't apply to Natalia Fanani, hence my extremely unprofessional review. I had taken time off work and was halfway to my appointment when they canceled it abruptly. I will not return to Integrated Dermatology and suggest others look elsewhere for more professional treatment.

Had Mohs surgery for a skin cancer with Dr. Kelsey. Both Dr. Kelsey and his staff were extremely professional and caring during the procedure. They made sure I was informed of everything they were doing, as well as giving clear instructions for after care of the surgical site. I would highly recommend this practice.
